My Body and Them - season 3 now filming

press release

Nouvelles TLVS3

Wednesday, May 26, 2021 – Christophe, who survived the violent assault he suffered on his way home, is preparing for another eventful year at school and with his family, while Tina is enjoying some time to herself, even toying with the idea of returning to school as the third season of My Body and Them began filming yesterday morning. Written by Danielle Trottier and directed by Jean-Philippe Duval, My Body and Them is produced by Fabienne Larouche and Michel Trudeau for Aetios Productions.

Tina's (Hélène Bourgeois Leclerc) absence from the school's pedagogical management will cause problems for Christophe (Roy Dupuis). Indeed, the new administration doesn’t share the same objectives of working closely with students as he does. His sister Julie (Larissa Corriveau) is determined to file a complaint against her brother Patrick (Jean-Nicolas Verreault) for the rape he committed when she was a teenager. Christophe is involved in the process, whether he likes it or not. Now that he knows he has a son, it's becoming increasingly difficult for him not to think about him. Cases at Marie-Labrecque School will particularly concern him, such as Derek (Henri Picard), a boy rejected by the school because it caters only to girls. Daphné (Marguerite Bouchard), the young student who visits her boyfriend in prison, won't let him sleep peacefully either.

We also meet one new male student and four new female students:

Wivine Coulombe (Marie-Madeleine Sarr)

Wivine is an African-Canadian who registered online. She returns to Quebec after three years away and adapts without any problems. The difficulty lies elsewhere.

Lucas Arditti (Lé Aubin)

His official name is Lisa. He is a third-generation Italian-Quebecer. While undergoing a sex change process, he learns he is pregnant.

Margaux Couture (Tiffany Montambault)

Margaux is an ordinary young woman who comes to live at the Marie-Labrecque residence because her mother (Myriam Leblanc) works in the Far North four weeks out of six.

Mari-Jo Poirier (Philomène Bilodeau)

Mario-Jo suffers from multiple sclerosis and her pregnancy does not bring happiness to her family. Particularly her mother (Sandra Dumaresq), who pressures her to have an abortion.

Laura Filmon (Marie-Ève Beauregard)

Laura runs away from her single mother. She seeks to punish her mother and grandfather so that they realize her worth.

Rosalie Roy (Camille Felton)

Rosalie asserts herself. She wants, like Derek, her boyfriend Clément to also be enrolled in school so he can finish his fifth year of high school with her. She doesn't go unnoticed when she expresses her desires.

Watched by more than 1,200,000 people in 2020-2021, My Body and Them has a third season in store for us, rich in emotion, starting in September on ICI TÉLÉ.
