Montreal, September 26, 2016 - AETIOS Productions is proud to announce the nomination of the series 30 Lives at the 44th edition of the International Emmy Awards held by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. For a third year, 30 Lives is among the nominees in the "Telenovela" category, this time thanks to the winter 2015 season, whose main character, Samuel Pagé, was played by actor Émile Proulx-Cloutier.

This latest international nomination for the popular series broadcasted on Ici Radio-Canada Télé joins the nominations received in the same category in 2013, when Mariloup Wolfe played Élisabeth Bergeron, and in 2014, when Karine Vanasse played Maxim Bouchard. It's worth noting that 30 Lives was also nominated for the Banff World Media Festival in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 in the Melodrama category. "The AETIOS team and I are delighted to see that year after year, the quality of 30 Lives and the exceptional talent of its creators are recognized worldwide," says Fabienne Larouche, writer and producer of 30 Lives.

The International Emmy Awards are one of the most important international celebrations, recognizing excellence in television produced outside the United States. The International Emmy Awards ceremony will take place in New York on November 21, and 30 Lives will compete with two series from Brazil and one from the Philippines. Fifteen countries will be represented among the 40 nominations in 10 categories.

AETIOS Productions' mission is to produce fiction and variety works that are both easily accessible to the general public and of remarkable quality.
